Ferrell Christmas Photo Session -- The Highlights!

This past Sunday afternoon we all gathered together in comfy clothes to have pictures made for this year's Christmas card.  Beth, a local photographer, and her sister Kim, came over and spent an hour and half trying to coerce the rambunctious Ferrell boys into being still and smiling for the camera . . .

There was only a few hundred times they had to ask Alex NOT to do bunny ears over someone's head during the picture!

Here are just a sampling of the photos . . .  Look at those smoldering blue eyes . . .

Someone wasn't too agreeable to having his picture taken until Dave brought out the John Deere tractor . . . and then he was all smiles!

Zach is letting his hair grow out from his summer buzz cut and we were having issues with it . . . but he's so cute  . . .

Of course . . . family picture time was such a treat . . .  Look at Shane :)

And Dave and I wanted a picture of just the two of us . . .

This is the one I like of me and Dave:

We had some issues with the sun being soooo bright . . .

But our great photographer was able to adapt to the demands of the Ferrell boys . . .

I love this one with our lake in the background . . .

Someone kept Beth and Kim busy . . .

There were soooo many great pictures of the boys and of our whole family, but I could only show you a few . . . I don't know which ones I'll pick for the Christmas card!
